Building Recertifications (Structural)
Property becomes subject to the recertification process pursuant to section 8-11 (F) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, at 30-year for in-land buildings and 25-year for coastal buildings and every 10-year thereafter for the life of the structure.
Our company (PEI) performs the structural portion of the recertification process.
